The small village of Jeri is a prime destination in itself and the journey to reach it is a small adventure!
This Pousada is well managed, clean, charming, yes it is not in the center and you may walk 10 mins to get there but the rest of it makes you forget about the distance.
Our room was very big, comfortable, quiet, with very nice deco and the breakfast was very nice (home made pancakes, omelets and more)!
The staff was friendly, just as Brazilians are in general :)

Very relaxing few weeks spent here in this nice quiet posada. It's a bit outside the center, but which makes it still only a 10 min walk to the beach. Very good breakfast and beautiful chill areas.
Clean and incredibly (for Jeri) good internet :)

The staff was very friendly if not well trained. Customer service is not their strong point here, but they were always nice. Breakfast was pretty good. Room was clean, but very very dark. No natural light and the artificial lighting was so so. The owner is also super friendly. Had a corner room on the first floor with a kitchen. That was a nice feature.

Room Tip: Had a corner room on the first floor. No natural light but all the first floor rooms look like that is a problem. Not sure about the second floor.

The Pousada is reasonably nice, but the location is nothing like that advertised on Booking.com and other sites, it is substantially further away from the beach and nightlife. It is certainly walkable, but overpriced for the location, which is about as bad as it gets in the (admittedly small) town of Jeri. The Pousada also has some bizarre rules, including forbidding bringing water purchased outside the Pousada (the Pousada only offers small overpriced bottles). OK as a last resort, but many other options are better.

Jeri itself is amazing and well worth the visit.
