It is a old hotel but actual and renovated. Do not expect a good service. Our shower had only a extremely hot water and, although our complaints, they did not fixed it until we left. I had to shower my kids in a friends house.
The "half pension" was not a good choice considering the limited varieties of food at dinner.
The hotel fails to address the details such as cleanness of the room air-conditioning equipment noise and bathroom refurbishing. Positive point was the staff problem management. There is room for improvement if the hotel expects to mantain the price level. Must care on details.
The hotel is Amazing! It is right across the street from the beach. The staff is so helpful and nice all the time. The breakfast buffet and dinner buffets are Delish! There is nothing you will need that they wont help you with.
oh, well.... it is not a bad hotel, but it doesnt surprise or overwhelm you. decent room, decent shower..the service is somewhat disappointing. there´s no leisure activities for grown-ups and the hotel seem a bit morbid at evenings. it´s a huge bore if you don´t to go out for one day. the pool was not invintn, a bit old and also there´s a lot of shadow, you can enjoy the sun for at most two or three hours in the morning....there was no writing paper or a pen in the room, by the way, anywhere. i went down to reception to get a pen one evening and they had none! weird for a high rated hotel....the worst part is that you cannot go for a walk on the hotel premises, everybody says it is too dangerous...nothing really unpleasant happened at my stay but nothing amazing either..i wouldnt stay there again, im sure a room at Ibis would be as good as, or even better.
Great location and incredible Hotel. The hotel structure is so fancy and custom-made. Great place to stay with family, friends and for job meetings. The breakfast and the dinner were one of the best i have ever tried. The room service is always attentive to the guest callings and needs. If you have plan to be in peace, I ensure to say this is a amazing place to stay the whole weekend and enjoy its attractions.
The wifi service in the rooms is poor, at least in the third floor.
