Romantic, great menu, superior food. We go there for special occassions. Rarely crowded.

Walked in on a Monday evening with no reservation. The place was practically empty. The host said in the most stuffy, haughty manner possible, "Do you have reservations? Well, I'll have to see if I have a table. He disappeared for five minutes and so did we!

This is an upscale restaurant with well-prepared hill country game. One night we ate five different proteins - beef, lobster, elk, quail and trout. Occasionally you'll see rattlesnake on the menu. Very good, one of our favorites in Austin.

The chef creations are outstanding. Very ingenious and different combinations that are palate pleasers. The restaurant is pricy but well worth every penny.
