The staff was very nice and get five stars.
Accommodations were mediocre. A little old; i’m told that they are due for a renovation soon.
New equipment in the fitness center with one major downside. I was disappointed that they did not have Precor cardio. That’s what I prefer to workout on and look for that when I travel. They also did not have a functional cable trainer, just dumbbells up to 25 pounds.
Convenient location off of 27 but the roadways around it were under construction and was inconvenience.

This property is quite new and designed well. The room was spacious and clean with LED lighting throughout. Breakfast area large with decent quality food. Paid a bit more than other nights on this trip and that is the only downside to this hotel. Now off to the AQHA Museum.

I have been here about two weeks now and haven’t experienced any major issues. Any issues with my room have been quickly dealt with by the onsite staff.

All the staff I have encountered have been courteous and respectful.

Indoor pool, hot tub, exercise room, business office, etc.

Breakfast is available and adequate. There is fresh fruit, Yogurt, milk, juices, eggs, omelets, sausage, bacon, pancakes, bagels, biscuits, cereals, etc.

The room was pretty dirty. There was a moldy pizza in the fridge that had probably been there for months. The tile floor was sticky and the carpet felt damp. Also, the hotel had a weird smell. Not up to par on cleanliness.

Also, my room didn't have a luggage rack, so I requested one and was told I would have to come down to the front and keep checking until they could find one.

We stayed at the hotel because of plumbing issues at our home and its proximity. There is a lot of road construction going on around the hotel, but still quiet at night. The rooms are nice, but need updating. The furnishings seem old and tired. The staff is very good, but we called about changing the time on our clock and the person at the desk wasn't sure how to make the change. The breakfast area staff does a great job and keeps everything fully supplied. Overall a nice hotel, but other Holiday Inn & Suites in the area are newer and even lower rates.
