Wonderful atmosphere, staff and menu.

Our group had the sirloin, the filet mignon, and the low country shrimp.

The bar and wine/beer menu are pretry good for a chain.

The staff here in Aiken is excellent! Very attentive and prompt!

Great service, nice parking lot. Historical pictures about the areawas a neat added bonus to the quiet and clean atmosphere. The new Nashville Hot chicken sandwich was so good!

My family attempted to visit o’charleys Aiken and it became obvious the hostess/waitress were seating patrons without children first. Many parties of various sizes came in after us and were seated almost right away. There was another party with children also waiting a very long time. At one point we were nearly the only ones waiting and we overheard the hostess say "we can’t keep skipping over them". More parties arrived and were seated within minutes. Another party with children arrived and was told their wait would be 45 - 60 minutes. We had been there over 45 minutes by then. Up until that point our toddler had been exceptionally well-behaved. He was running out of patience and we hadn’t been seated yet.We left.

O'Charleys. Sound Irish, yes? Well , no.
2 waitress' one a trainee. Ordered a beer only to find out after experienced waitress returned that they no longer serve that kind. The trainee apparently stopped training, because never returned. My buddy ordered an app but it never came and never appeared on our bill, they apparently just forgot. My grilled prime rip medium rare was the worst and most bland piece of meat ever to enter my mouth. I think it was left over or sat out way too long. The mac and cheese was recommended by waitress but tasted microwaved and like flour. Staring at a giant painting of a women's face with a street sign of "Easy" over her shoulder only felt awkward.

The server was attentive and the timing of our food was perfect. The food and rolls were fresh and hot. The environment was pleasant. I would recommend trying this O'Charley's if you are in the area. Wednesday is free pie day so it made it even better.
