This was our first hotel experience with our dog and it was great. The room was super clean and roomy. Breakfast was awesome! Cereal, juices, breakfast sandwiches...Hot waffles and plenty of coffee and tea offerings. Staff was very friendly. Rooms have microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and comfy beds. We stopped here for one night on our way to Hilton Head. We will stay here again.

Amazing service! Extremely clean. We were accommodated from start to finish. I felt comfortable and safe. Our stay was only one night but it was perfect. Location included. Multiple restaurants in walking distance.

Very close to the freeway, restaurants, and shopping, this is an ideal location to visit the various sites of the region (i.e., Biltmore, blue ridge mountains, etc). The staff were behind barriers, with rooms cleaned and disinfected before arrival. The kitchen allowed us to make our own food, heat and keep refrigerated various items we purchased, and eat the food from the breakfast in our own rooms. There is a gym and a pool, open during COVID, but with a limited number of guests. The temperature in the room was very difficult to control, but with a "setpoint" of 72, we were OK. Anything we asked for we got in a few moments. There is no daily room service -- but that is OK at this point.

Room tip: Upper room with view of the mall is the quietest

I chose this particular hotel due to the reviews as well as price and location. Both my husband and I were very pleased with our stay with a few exceptions but first the positives. Our suite was very clean, well stocked, and looked just like the pictures online. We paid extra for a full kitchen and it had everything we needed for our short stay. The fridge was more than adequate and it was nice to not have to bring our own dishes, etc. We were disappointed with the toaster provided as it was not well made and difficult to toast but not anything that would ruin our stay.

We requested a few things before booking our room and we had no issues as all our requests were followed. The suite was very modern, clean, and nice. The breakfast that was available was more than adequate to us both as they provided many different options, although not a hot breakfast due to Covid. We had no complaints in that area and we were appreciative of the options they had available. The staff at the front desk were always friendly and extremely helpful.

There was an Olive Garden restaurant literally walking distance beside the hotel and shopping across the road. It was a very convenient location. We both loved the shower that was glass door enclosed as well as the layout of the room. The bed was extremely soft as were the pillows. Due to personal preference, we didn't enjoy those things, but if you want comfort and a bed/pillows that are very cushy and marshmallow like, you will enjoy both of those. Our room was very quiet and we had no noise issues, which was great. The tv was extremely nice as well. We liked the fact that safety seemed to be something that they were serious about as you had to use your room card to open various doors on the side to come into the hotel in the evening.

We didn't use the indoor pool but it was open and in use during our stay and seemed to be very nice.

The negatives for us were: the temperature level was difficult for us to find comfort as one degree was too cold and the next was too hot, the heavy pocket door in the bathroom which was difficult to close for privacy, the super soft mattress/pillows although those are personal preference issues and neither were inferior, and how close the fridge was to the outside door. The last negative was not anything huge to deal with, just a little annoying, but overall the positives outweighed the negatives.

Overall, we would stay there again if we were in the area.

Thank you so much for your recent stay with us and for taking time to share your feedback! As a note, you may have paid for an upgraded view or bed type but all of our rooms come with a full kitchen so there is no extra charge for that. We are glad that you enjoyed our cleanliness, location, and amenity offerings. We are now featuring 1 or 2 hot items for breakfast each day! We are going to look into the temperature issue to see if we can get that fixed - thank you for letting us know. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon!

Hotel has only been open about 4 months so it's new, clean and nice.
The room was nice and had everything you need if you plan to have meals in your room and the Location was near the airport and plenty of resturaunts and shopping.
Some things that were annoying as follows
Air conditioner in the room would kick off during the night and the room would get very warm, this seemed to happen no matter what temp we set it on.
No ventilation in the bathroom and water pressure in the shower was weak.
I know covid could play a part in how they serve breakfast but they did have sausage gravy, biscuits and bagels out for self serve. Unfortunately they ran out of cream cheese for the bagels two days before we left and two mornings the gravy was barely room temp an hour after breakfast opened. They had "Frudel" an apple struessal but there was no way to warm them. They didnt even have a toaster for the bagels.
I would stay here again because the people were very nice and the hotel was too. They just need to work on a few things!

Thank you so much for your feedback! We will definitely be addressing the AC issues as well as the breakfast annoyances. We are encouraging guests to bring breakfast back to their rooms where there is a microwave and toaster but we understand that the expectation is that it would be with the breakfast items. We hope to smooth out these items and welcome you back soon!
