Booked 2 Deluxe Double Junior Rooms for an overnight stay after attending a late night party, and to watch a show the next day at the Araneta Center which is very close by. The hotel offers free secured basement parking. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We were given rooms on the 5th floor which was fine since there is an elevator. The rooms however were quite small and the windows opened to another building (no view). It has 1 double bed, a 19-inch analog TV with cable channels, an aircon which cooled the room adequately, and a table and 2 chairs. It has a small cabinet and an attached dresser, a small private bathroom with hot and cold shower and some free basic toiletries. For a budget hotel, it is OK and will definitely recommend to friends looking for a short (budget) stay.

Room tip: Get a room on the highest floor for lesser traffic noise.

The staff provided excellent service. Whenever we needed something, they delivered it right away. The food at their cafe (urban cafe) was great! The rooms were very clean and it is within walking distance to shopping and malls. We arrived early and they were very flexible with check-in. We highly recommend staying here.

I was looking for a place where my relatives from the province could stay, I wanted a place that was budget friendly but at the same time ensure their comfort

I drove past this place so I checked it out, it wasn't a luxury hotel but it was affordable and looked decent so I booked them.

They said they had a good stay, it was clean, service was okay, staff was friendly, the only bad side was it was hard to park the car in their basement parking haha.

Will recommend this place to anyone who can find it lol

ACL Suites is a budget hotel with clean rooms and friendly service but you do get what you pay for. The room I stayed in had noisy A/C which didn't work most of the time, slow wifi costing 100 peso for 12 hours, a tiny window with no view and the usual rock hard mattress. The private bathroom was adequate and with clean sheets and towels and free breakfast, the suite was value for money.

Location is not great if you want to be near shopping malls or tourist attractions, however it was easy to find and is close to main traffic and transport routes.

The surrounding area is fairly poor with lots of small shops and businesses. Plenty of jeepneys and tricycles but few taxis. I used Uber a few times and didn't have any problems but it always pays to know where you are going in Manila as the drivers often rely too heavily on Google Maps and Wayz.

The room I got was small and I hate the fact that there were cockroaches. I am very particular with bathrooms and I really didn't like it. I left and moved somewhere else to stay. Parking is scary and unpleasant.
