...and that is if you need quick access to IJN. The rooms look like they have not been refurbished since the early 1990s, bed linen is scratchy, and breakfast is uninspiring. That said, if you are looking for a place that gives you easy access to IJN (which it does through a footbridge about 30m from the hotel entrance), you are probably not going to be too fussed over material comforts and won't be spending much time in the room.
To that end, the hotel has the basics - a bed, hot water in the shower, tea/coffee and kettle. It is a tad over-priced for what you get in the hotel, but then again, there is not too much choice in the area if you are looking to be able to walk over to IJN. Think budget hotel experience at double the cost.
Try and get a room that does not face the main road - traffic noise through the night can be bothersome and disturb your rest.
And whatever the reason is that compels you to look for a hotel close to IJN, I hope it goes well.

The only reason to stay in just because it close to the hospital IJN, relatives need place to rest.
Insect bites due to terrible bed with dirty mark bedsheets, super noise from the main road traffic, unqualified staff...... additional suffer for the customer who has relatives in hospital.
Nightmare to customer!

This hotel is over-rated. More suited to 2 star rating, and looks like a cheap hostel. Transportation only by taxi to city centre, as the metro train station is too far to walk under the hot sun, ie, about 30 minutes. At night, not safe to walk through lonely path across the hospital. The room is big, but not very clean, and the carpet flooring is smelly. The reception desk has only one staff, and quite friendly, but inexperience, as l was given a "smoking room" to stay. The windows are not properly secured, and very dangerous for kids, as the latch could be opened easily. Breakfast is normal with the typical Malaysian and Western food, but very limited varieties. Will not go back there again !

Room tip: Ask for a higher floor. Too near the busy trunk road, and very noisy.

The hotel location is smack in the middle of the Kelang Valley. The hotel is linked to a private hospital located next to it. In front is Institut Jantung Negara. A very well known government hospital specialising in human Heart and associated disease. Access to the hotel should be done during non peak time - 10am-12pm or after 7pm/

There is a large park a few km away. You will need to take a car to access the park but it is well worth it.
