The location of the hotel is really good, Indian restaurants are nearby, shopping places are nearby and the GoKL bus stop is hardly 100 meters away. LRT and MRT stations are walkable distance.
However, the downside is that the hotel does not have its own restaurant. I had asked for a dish, bowl, and spoon which was denied as well. The rooms are dimly lit, no access to natural light. There was a window, yes but it was useless since one couldn't open it. Rooms aren't sound proof, you keep getting disturbed by loud people in the adjacent rooms.
The receptionist doesn't understand English properly and keeps forgetting if you have asked for something.
I'd suggest you book other hotels in the vicinity if the area is very important to you. If not, Bukit Bintang has a lot of good options.More
