First off, this is a review on their food delivery and not dine-in nor stay.
Service: Ordered via a third party app which made it pretty straight forward and even indicated which items were signatures which made the decision making even easier.
Packing: Because they are not be the full fledged Hilton, we already lowered our expectations, but a red plastic bag and a plastic box resembling the food trays that are provided during quarantine were not what we were expecting which was, unfortunately, what the food arrived in. Definitely a first for us from a hotel.

Taste: Looks aside, once we did plate up the food, the rice was a little clumped together as a result of the gravy running over from the other compartment during the delivery. The chicken alone was a little dry and bland. However, if you spam the “home made secret sauce” provided, it does get considerably tastier though still a little dry and surprisingly wasn’t as spicy as it looked which was a good thing. The accompanying veggies however were a pretty acquired taste. For us, it was simply raw and overpowering.
All in all, unfortunately, by hotel food delivery standards, we have had better and at a lower price
