Stayed one night while visiting with work. Hotel was very clean and tidy as usual in Japan.

Check in took a while but there were 9 rooms for us so not surprising.

My room was small but very modern with all the accessories you need and more including phone chargers, torch, massage chair! A fantastic view as well.

The bar wasn't open past 10.30pm which was a shame and the vending machines didn't take card (no atm either). Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

Very clean and well equiped. However small rooms.
Appropriately located inside the shinosaka station . Number of restaurants bellow in the station n around.
Best for early morning shinkansen and late night arrivals.
Comfortable bed. Quite a gadgetty room. Ok for one person only.
Would definately recommend for a business traveller with odd timings of travel schedules.

A good and modern Japanese business hotel is located in the Shin-Osaka train station. When you reach the station, exit from the Shinkansen gate and turn right and walk for a few minutes to the hotel's elevators. Rooms are very small, but modern, well-designed and functional. Works well if you are staying for 1-2 nights (we stayed for one) and have little luggage. The hotel has Japanese style breakfast, or you can go to any of the food establishments in the train station. Service is polite, efficient and friendly.

Like the other places I stayed in Japan, it had a very small room (I am a solo traveler fortunately) so sometimes it made it crowded with luggage and moving around, but it was a nice hotel. It took me a few minutes to find it, I went out the central exit and turned right and right again, walked a little ways and ran into the the 3rd floor entrance (It can be accessed from the inside, the front desk is on the 12th floor). There were some noice amenities - shower was great, bed was comfortable and softer than others, there s a universal charger in the room, complimentary water and slippers, and there is even a electric massage chair in the room! Being located just above the train station, there is access to lots of food options and subway and train lines.

Great place to stay if traveling by bullet train. Get off the train and walk less than 5 minutes to hotel lobby on upper floor of station. Rooms are small but modern and good use of space to fit amenities in small area. Highlights: comfortable beds, refrigerator, massage chair, lighting controls by bed, waterfall shower and shiseido face soap. Need to know that only 2 people per room which might be a problem for families.

Room tip: Hotel is located on upper floors of station so there is no noise from trains, very well insulated.
