Stayed for 2 nights, the rooms were spacious and well appointed. There are 2 onsens, one on the ground level and the other on the roof. the ground level onsen is opened to day use and can get a bit crowded, if you are staying in the hotel, the roof onsen is a better choice. The ground level also has an indoor pool and an outdoor pool with onsen, but they cost another 1000 yen. Overall, a great hotel for relaxation.

Room tip: Best view rooms are those facing Merikan Park.

Stayed in this hotel for 4 days. This is a modern spa hotel and everything is new, modern and clean. The view is perfect as you can see the Kobe tower. Food is also superb, especially Kobe beef sukiyaki at dinner. That was delicious!!

We stayed at this hotel in the middle of the week and luckily they gave us a free upgrade (after I inquired whether we can have a room with a nice view) and we had a great view from the room. We had a standard room but it was very spacious and as the hotel is still quite new, everything was very clean. The downstairs bathroom is available to day visitors as well but there is also a bathroom on the top floor which is only available to people who stay overnight. The buffet dinner came with so many different dishes, and we tried as many as we could within the allocated time (they have two seatings). It might be difficult to tell what each dish is if you don't read Japanese, however. The meal was overall very good but as it is a buffet, it wasn't so relaxing. Another downside was noise (air-conditioner? boiler?) at the bathrooms. It was quite noticeable. They serve local sake which is exclusively available at this hotel. Overall, I enjoyed staying at this hotel, and it didn't cost so much considering what I got as I took an advantage of an early bird discount (and I got a free upgrade!). The room with a view of Meriken park we stayed was very nice, but rather than paying extra for a room with a view, you might like to spend the money on a drink at the bar which has the same nice view! We enjoyed our drink there.

Room tip: Room with a view of Meriken park (but you have to pay extra for rooms with a nice view)

Hotel is located at Kobe port, quite far away from the main shopping district. But Hotel provides a shutter bus service at every 20 mins to Kobe station.
Hotel is clean and new, staff is helpful and able to communicate in good english.
The room is spacious and clean, I choosed the ocean view room and I have the beatiful view at Kobe port and Kobe towel.
However the onsen doesn't meet my expectation, water tempearture also doesn't seem to be high enough.
I got a very dissapointed buffet dinner at the hotel, variety of food is limited. end up don't even bother to have their breakfast in the next morning.
It is a good hotel to stay, but just opt out the food as you can have better eatery outside for the money saved.

Room tip: Choose ocean view to have a perfect sight at Kobe towel

Seriously amazing place; i think honestly one of the nicest places i've ever stayed.
Beautiful contemporary room with a wonderful terrace overlooking Kobe Port, it was a pleasure to spend 2 nights here!
The breakfast and dinner buffets were really good and offered so much choice!
The service was honestly outstanding and the wonderful staff could not have done more for us!
The various onsen were also amazing - this hotel is a true spa retreat! You won't want to leave!

Room tip: The deluxe seaside room was amazing!
