We stayed in a triple room for 2 nights. There were 3 twin beds and the room was quite spacious. The room was clean with all common supplies and amenities.
It took about 10 minutes to walk from Sannomiya station to the hotel, but it was an easy walk. The hotel website had a very detailed guide on the directions and landmarks.
As it was away from the station, it was quiet. There was a convenient store 2 minutes away to get snacks and drinks. However, as there were no restaurants around the hotel, it might be better to have dinner before going back.
One other thing was that our room faced the football field and the lights (even without anyone playing) were on until 9 pm and shining directly into our room. Better to ask for a room on the other side of the football field.More
