We stayed here for five nights. It’s a good location right on the water with lots of activities going on in the Harbour. Our room was on the harbour side great view ! Free shuttle bus is a saviour as the hotel is located away from transport links. The accomodation was very reasonably priced but the food offering is a bit expensive. Lots of dining options within a five minute walk.More

Hotel has a fun feeling because it’s like being on a cruise ship. Even the balconies have been built to give the feel.
Rooms are a little dated but large and all have views.
Not far to walk to a big mall with lots of restaurants and shops but there is nothing really close. Unusual in Japan where there is a convenience store on every corner.
There was a free shuttle bus the next morning to Kobe Station.
If I was to stay in Kobe again I would probably stay more central but as a one off visit it was ok.

We stayed here for one night when we visited Kobe to see the Luminarie illumination.
Our room was big enough and we had a really great view of the Ferris wheel and the Harborland area.
The location was perfect as we were able to walk to the illumination event.
There’s also a Starbucks in front of the hotel and Harborland is within walking distance. Harborland has some great restaurants and shops.
If you take the Shinkansen and arrive on a Saturday, Sunday, or national Japanese holiday, there is a free shuttle bus from Shin-Kobe to the hotel. It takes about 20-25 minutes, depending on traffic.

Clean room , crisp bedsheets, great shower, great views of the water and harbour, great breakfast.
The room does need modernising, and our room did need airing out because I don't think it was used for a while, but not a big deal.

I went there to celebrate my birthday. Cooks baked steaks in front of me. The roast beef was also cooked in front of me. I had a lot of seafood. Everything was delicious.And I enjoyed the night view. I would like to visit again.

This is a 4/5 star hotel in a great location, right in the heart of the harbour. The rooms have all the necessary facilities, but this is busy hotel so the bathrooms are a bit tired but not a problem. All rooms have a balcony so its like being on a cruise ship. Breakfast is the usual Japanese Buffet but more than adequate. The buffet dinner with drinks included is well worth it, there is a restaurant on the top floor but it is expensive - no different to other hotels in Japan. The bar on the top floor has great views and a nice place to have a drink in the evening. The hotel has a courtesy bus into the town which is free and runs all day. A good base for a visit to Kobe.
