Nice and helpful people at the reception. Stayed one night for a quick sightseeing tour to Hiroshima and for such this hotel is perfect. Close to main station to get or get rid of luggage at arrival and departure. Room worked. Breakfast was fine. Nothing to complain about from my side.

The hotel is a litle old and that may be the reason why the room size is good. The problem was the size of the bed. It does not fit a couple.
The location is very good. Near the station and many restaurants.
Staff very helpfull

Bed is firm but decent. Room is clean. Everything works. The walls are very thin so you hear hall noise and people next door very readily. Furnishings are dated with worn rug on the stairs leading to the ballroom. It's good enough for me and the price is certainly right. I wouldn't stay here again. Stayed with a tour group. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Wifi is poor but when it died they reset it promptly at my request. walkable to the train station and many restaurants. It needs about a 2.7 rating to be fair.

Room tip: wi-fi seems to work best in the lower numbered room i.e., 702 not 710 etc

Unfortunately the place is looking old. Lots of marks on the walls. Dated furnishings. Beds are comfy but with so many other options in town I’d make sure you look around first. Good 10 minute walk from station.

This was my favourite Japanese style hotel with a proper onsen style bathroom. Very traditional rooms with slippers and nightwear. Beautiful views and comfortable bedding. Rooms are small but workable. Not a bad location nice and private and all the taxis new where it was. It made our stay in Osaka just perfect.
