This hotel is in a wonderful location, just down from the Drum Tower, walking distance to the Bell Tower, the Muslim Quarter, and the Wall. It's also in a vibrant part of the city - a good location to just take a walk around.
The hotel has a laundry room with washers and dryers, but we found that clothes dried over night in our rooms. The concierge was helpful, and breakfast was reasonable. We had two rooms, and both required a quick dash to a supermarket for air freshener. The airconditioning wasn't enough to make the rooms cool, but it could take the edge off. On a whole, it was a good place for a base in Xi'an for people who are looking to be out and about and not a destination hotel.More
