I expected a better value for money for such an hotel. The price of the buffet (300 SAR!!) is too much compared to the variety and the quality of the dishes. The overall maintenance is obviously under European standards.

We have reviewed your comments and we would like to inform you that our lunch buffet price is SAR 170 per person and dinner buffet price is SAR 185 per person as the published rates and no buffet at the price of SAR 300 per person.

The hotel location is very nice. I had an small issue with the room size which has been solved later on by the customer service front office manager. The only problem with this hotel is the price per night, the price seems quite high compared to other hotles in west province of Saudi Arabia.

A good hotel with a spacious lobby. The rooms are good, but the bathrooms are a bit tight and old. The gym is large but with old equipment. Some rooms at the the end of a very long corridor, so prepare to walk.

I have written several reviews for this hotel, and keep repeating the same issues, in particular the lack of service and fixation on making sure you pay. Despite several responses thanking me for my valuable feedback nothing has changed.

However technology is now adding to the problems. Having been allocated a room that is about as far from reception as you ca get, My stay was plagued by problems with my key cards constantly failing, requiring a very long traipse to get it corrected (and no I didn't keep it next to my mobile).

Better luck than my colleague who has left his passport and a significant sum of money in the hotel room safe. The electronic lock failed and the hotel despite having a whole day could not open it. Thankfully he has to visit Yanbu soon, but what a failure for a supposedly 5 star hotel.

Food was marginally better this time, but overall it's very poor value for the exorbitant price charged.

I assure you that in your next stay, we will allocate you a room nearest to our reception and will give you an extra room key to avoid any inconvenience. Regarding the safe lock problem with your colleague we investigate the issue with our Rooms Division Manager and knew that it was locked due to some technical defect and our engineering team tried to open it and could not do so and finally they broke the lock and to the latest update they already handover the documents to your friend yesterday. We take this issue seriously and ensure to avoid similar situation in the future. We look forward to welcome you back in your next stay in Yanbu city. Best regards,
