This church was originally built in 1913 and for the most time it's been the main church in Novosibirsk. It's been open during Soviet time except 1937-1944 when it was closed and converted into a grain storage.
However, it's been through some major updates in the last 20-30 years, so there is not left of the original structure. It doesn't have any special history associated with it, no big names or events. It's conveniently located in the center of the city, easy to access, has a nice park around to sit and relax, it's free and open most of the time.
So if you happen to be in the area, it's fine to go check it out, but I don't think it is worth a special trip.
