Renovated old building; spacious room. Reception staff was very friendly, we arrived a bit earlier and our room was not ready; they managed to prepare it in 15 mins and offered us free coffee in the hotel bar.
Surprisingly nice panoramic view from elevators. Breakfast buffet is quite nice - I would rate a bit above average.More

At the best place in town. Short walking to the old town and around. Safe parking. Rooms are not very big but okey for short staying. Sometimes there is not soap or toilet paper in bathrooms. Breakfast moderate.

We went here an evening just to round off the evening with something to drink.
It's was half full, so a rather slow evening.
They were out of gin which is quite unusual at a bar... (didn't ask for a special brand).
The drinks we ordered instead came fast and were good.
When we wanted to pay the waitress came fast and she saw the credit card. She went in, to get the machine i thought, but we waited 10 minutes without she turning up. We had to go inside to pay the bill.
A little old fashioned russian service...but great view!

- Clean, except corridoor carpets
- hardwood floor, at least in room 410
- Good location
- Reasonable breakfast
- Cold and Hot drinking water dispencer in every floor
- Cleaning personnel greet you :)
Not Ok
- Beds not very soft
- Flat and thin pillows, extra pillows for extra charge
- Check in personnel not very keen to help, one lady turned away in disgust when customer approached the desk
- Personnel language skills poor
- Slow Wi-Fi that you need to check in frequently
- Shower temperature takes long to warm up, also pressure changes a lot
- Only four sockets, that won't Work if you have no key card in plac to power up the room
We travelled as family and booked a bigger room and got the 52 m2 apartment on the fift floor. This room gets the best points ever. The room was a very big suprice in the positive way, as we had pretty low expextations for the hotel. Very spacious room, with seperate bed room and own beds for 5 persons. Clean and nice looking room and big windows towars the inner garden, nice toilet with a bathtub. Aircondition and also a separate heat pump with cooling function, so we got the room as cool as we wanted and that was a really big plus because it was about 26-30 degrees outside, but in the room as cool as we wanted. Breakfast was as expected, nothing extra, but ok.
Hotel is quite new and it was very nice, clean and rooms were big. Breakfast maybe could have be better. Many different spas, gym and saunas was supraising. Big market it is very close to hotel and it is open hole day.
