Добрый день. Спасибо, что нашли время оставить отзыв о нашем отеле. Нам очень жаль, что о проживании у нас у Вас остались негативные впечатления. Мы были бы благодарны Вам, если бы Вы смогли найти несколько минут, чтобы прислать нам более детальную информацию о Вашем проживании (даты, Ваши ФИО), а так же описать детальнее, с какими именно проблемами Вам пришлось столкнуться. Какие именно проблемы с ключ-картами у Вас возникли? Нас очень обеспокоило Ваше заявление относительно горничных. О каких именно деньгах идет речь? Наши горничные не имеют права брать никакие оплаты от гостя. Все взаиморасчеты в отеле производятся только на стойке приема и размещения. Нам так же нужны данные о Вашем проживании, чтобы проверить точки доступа интернета у номера, в котором Вы останавливались. Очень надеемся на Ваш ответ.
