Excellent facility and although far from the centre of Saint Petersburg a great location with local amenities. Out of season great value for money. In season much pricier.
I have stayed in centre and here but would choose Grand Canyon again

The room where perfect for a family. Big living rom and nice kitchen and bath. If you have toddlers traveling with you, it is also nice to know that you can have everything from the bed to toys for them.
The breakfast in the hotel where not that great, so I would recommend to have the breakfast in the room or at the shopping mall just beside the hotel. The only problem in the room wold be the thin walls between the rooms. Sometimes you could here conversation from the room next door. Overall it was a good experience at the hotel.

no, coffee ,tea ,toiletries ,nothing,just shoe shine...
Tragedy is if you are veg & walk in for b.fast..
There is one person ,once in 2 days,who can speak English, corn flakes/cold milk , u have to google & translate, u r given a choice,after exchange of words, either 3 slices of toat & butter or toast & chesse... u cont have both & eat it too.No juice,no fresh fruits,no salad, Niet,niet...
By any std. it is not acceptable, leave alone asia,middle east... Even Bulgaria,latvia,syria were way above...

Good afternoon. Thank you for your review. We’re glad you may say a lot of good about our hotel (location, work of our staff, the size and comfort of our rooms etc). All our rooms are equiped with full functional kitchen with all the necessary either for cooking or for laying the table. We have a very good shop on the first floor of our hotel where you may buy the most necessary products. If you have a bigger shopping list you may always visit 3 big stores not far from our hotel.
We are glad to inform you that now our breakfasts are served in buffet form. So now you have a possibility to choose whatever you want to start your day with including vegan menu.
