Friendly, helpful staff (especially Anastasia, who is a gem). Heated floor in bathroom. Large, reasonably comfortable rooms. Location is quite near the best bus routes for exploring the city. Breakfast was nice, and the option of eating in the room or in the commons area downstairs was a pleasant and unusual feature. Bed was rather firm, which is good. There is an excellent Georgian restaurant about two hundred meters away. Very good value for money. Only complaint is that curtains need to be of stouter material and darker color to facilitate sleep during the midnight sun of the White Nights. .
