I really don’t like reception service asked many times change the room the bad was too small I was with my wife and kid after many requests also didn’t get any response so I don’t recommend to anyone ..

Overall this hotel was fine. The hotel is neat and clean in appearance. The room was a good size and looked clean and orderly. It was very quiet. The room temperature was a bit on the warm side with no visible thermostat to control the temperature. All in all I’d return if I visited St. Petersburg again.

Great location, renovated room, clean, comparatively quiet, nice restaurants in the hotel and a couple of great places nearby. The main disappointment was the bed which was not comfortable, the mattress was too rigid and did not allow good sleeping.

It was really strange but it’s true: don’t afraid not friendly building look, inside it was renovated.
ROOMS: comfortable, you can choose view on the plaza in front of main doors and it is nice.
LOCATION: nearest grocery store in 5-min walking distance.
FACILITIES: there is big free parking for hotel guests.

We went there for an event and my friend book this hotel for us.The rooms are well equipped like all the big chain hotels and lovely view from the window.After the whole tiring day,we had lovely friendships in the lobby had our drink.One night we also had a chance to visit a nice restaurant where the Gypsies playing and dancing with an accompanying of caviar and Russian vodka🤪🤪🤪

- Big property, Old soviet hotel , Radisson seem to have taken over in recent years
- Clean rooms
- number of inhouse restuarants , bars
- easy check in
- helpful staff
- nice views of the sea
- a bit far away from center, about 10 mins from metro station by marshrutka so best is to take taxi everywhere
- reasonable price
