Stayed here while visiting St. Petersburg. This hotel is full service in my opinion. Its located within a beautiful park area a short walk to the Krestovsky Stadium and across from an amusement park. The hotel has an open lobby with high ceiling. There is a restaurant and bar area, and also a gift shop and wellness spa within the hotel. The hotel offers excellent security. In addition to the security guards, the rooms are secured, and you need your hotel key to access and exit the hallway. My room was on the 2nd floor. The only issues i had is there was one elevator in service the first day, but it was repaired with 24 hours. Also they turn the air conditioning off in winter so I couldn't use it in my room and my room was really warm. I remedied the problem by night two by opening the window. My room was spacious and clean, and offered a safe and mini refrigerator along with coffee/tea in room. The bathroom was clean with ample towels for one, just know almost no hotel abroad has face towels (I brought my own). They also had mini shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/lotion in the room and also one complimentary water every day. The hotel staff was amazing, and the bar staff was phenomenal, especially one young man who was very attentive to all the guests. The food and drinks at the bar was also delicious. I visited the gift shop and also the spa during my stay. There was one girl in the spa who couldn't speak English but she was nice still. The spa was also accommodating. They were able to change my massage appointment in less than 24 hours notice. The spa was nice also, offering lots of secure lockers, and the pool area was enormous with a bar area. The treatment rooms were spacious and comfortable and my therapist was amazing. I almost forgot, breakfast was included, and offered some good breakfast selections both hot and cold. Also the hotel is a short 5 minute walk to the metro station and a nearby grocery store. I hope to come back to St. Petersburg in a year and would definitely stay here again.
