The hotel is right next to Paveletskaya Station, from this station you can take the Aeroexpress to Domodedovo Airport.

You have to go to two flight if stairs before there's an elevator and then when you get to the floor you want you'll also need to go up or down one set of stairs. They have a weird placement for their elevator. There was a random flight of stairs with a wall right in front of it.

Front desk had a blonde lady who was a bit sassy but the other lady was great. The room was a bit small for two people and the water was dirty, I ran a bath and it looked like it was sewage water.

There's plenty of food places around and the train station across the road is a great plus.

I travelled for one day only and this hotel is ideal for short stays. It is located in front of the Pavaleckaya train station. As my departure was from the Domodedovo Airport train express to which departs from Pavelecki Rail ways station - the Paveleckaya Ploshad Hotel was a perfect option. As you arrive at Pavalecki train station or same name metro, go out of the station and look to your right. you will need to walk for 1 min to cross the road and than go back a little you will see a small signage "hotel" and automatic doors will ope to invite you in. You will see the stairs, go up two floors to reception. If you have heavy luggage leave if for a minute down and ask for help on reception.
the elevator is available however as the building is old and is located in historical district you can not expect the modern technology to be available there. it goes from reception level, between floors and you will still need to go few stairs to your room.
Each rom is equipped with AC, TV, comfortable bed, it has kettle, tea , coffee and a bottle of water free. Slippers, shampoo and shower get are also available even thought it is a 3 start hotel.
The restaurant in the hotel closes early, if you arrived late but still hungry there are few restaurant around that work 24/7 ( yes, thanks a lot mother Russia ). The hotel is very very clean and I was surprised how comfortable room is for this minimum rate. The hotel was quiet and I had a good rest after a difficult day. in the morning I had a decent breakfast, again considering the rate is very low for a capital hotel.
I was surprised to read other travelers reviews from USA and UK saying that there is no English breakfast available. Now lets imagine for a minute a hotel in London that serves Russian breakfast items… doesn’t sound right? its because the Paveleckaya Hotel is located in Moscow, majority of their guests are from Russia and thus the breakfast is Russian, so consider it as an experience and try new things.
To all who yet doubt whether to travel to Moscow or not. I Iive abroad for 15 years and I came to realization that I forgot how good it is to have a little break in Moscow. The city has plenty to offer starting from historical places, (which are not the Kremlin only) to gardens, parks, metro it self and just walking around the streets. This city has some different vibe, it smells of fresh cut grass, bakery and rain. To enjoy all that in full I suggest to do the following: stop watching cnn, bbc and other us/uk based news; read a little about the destination and have a plan where, what, when. In Moscow all museums, parks and other places have online reservations - make your bookings in advance to not waste your time queuing for tickets. And last, you will either hate it or completely fall in love with Moscow - it all depends if you can open your mind and just simply enjoy.

happy travel everyone

Room tip: Dont ask for rooms on top floor. see if you can get a room with the square view
