What is it more to say, everything was just perfect. The room was probably the best ever experienced after 40 years of travelling in Europe and North America. The breakfast was impressive. Modern, clean and spaceous room. The price wasn't too bad either, considering the price level in Moscow. The staff was friendly and accomodating, and everything was a pleasant surprise.

The Renaissance Moscow Monarch Centre Hotel is a business class hotel of a high standard located outside of the centre of Moscow, reasonably close to the Crocus City Expo Centre. It still took quite some time to reach the expo-centre due to Moscow traffic but would be a good choice for those attending exhibitions in Moscow.

Both the decor and level of accommodation offered by this hotel are of a very high standard and should meet the needs of most business travellers. The hotel is a long way from the centre so I would not recommend this hotel for tourists staying in Moscow to go sight-seeing, it would be better to go for something closer to the centre.

The hotel offers free WiFi access in the bar area and for a charge within the rooms. The food served in the hotel is of a good standard and the bar is also of a good fine. This was a plus point as there did not seem to be many other choices within that area of Moscow!

I would recommend the Renaissance Moscow Monarch Centre Hotel to those staying within Moscow on business, particularly those attending an exhibition at Crocus City.

This hotel is new. It was finished 1,5 years ago. From the outside its not too impressive. Inside however is very very nice. If a nice fairy would come up to me once and told me I had one wish...well it would certainly be that I would want this quality of hotel all around the world. The rooms are nicely appointed. Bath area is very good.

They have a good fitness with an OK pool and sauna and steam. Breakfast is very very good.

The only downside is the location as it is not walking dsitance from anything. But since the subway system is not to be missed in moscow its ok.

The girl from reception was not nice at all, instead of our non-smoking lux room she gave us key from smoking standard room. Jesus Christ!!! Also the location is not good, pretty far from everywhere! That is bad about this hotel. But if forget about this you can find the lux room is nice, big and with new furniture.

Renaissance Moscow Monarch Centre hotel is a very nice hotel as it is part of the Marriott hotel porfolio. The service was up to par and better. However, it is located in the residential area. The closest subway station, Dinamo - green line (no. 2), is located about 10-15 minute walk away. But it is only 4 stops away from the Red Square/Kremlin stations.

The check-in process was okay. Instead of the usual greeting, you had to approach them as there were no lines and people tended to cut in front of you. Once the staff was engaged, they would answers all the questions you have.

The room was very roomy compared to other European cities. The mattress was very comfy and you could barely hear any noise from the outside. The overhead shower was great for totally relaxation.

The hotel restaurant was very pricey and the food was so-so. Our lunch lasted over 2 hours from ordering to paying the bills. It was way too slow in my taste.

There was a supermarket located at the same complex as the hotel and it opened till 2300.

Overall, it was a very nice hotel with good value (except the restaurant).

Room Tip: Higher floors to see further / away from the elevator
