The hotel is situated in the barangay of Guadalupe in Cebu City just ahead of 7-11.

Check in: was lightning fast. We were a last minute- late check in and were pleased that they were able accommodate us. Receptionist was friendly and warm, answered any questions we had. They ask for prepayment for the accommodation. Once payment was made, she quickly gave us our keycard and wifi info, and we were on the way to our room.

Room: We were given a room on the second floor overlooking the street up front. Room was simple, it had a window type ac unit, hot and cold rainfall shower in the bathroom, a foldable table, and 2 beds (one was a full size the other single). The ac ran medium cold but was very loud while in operation. Room was directly across from the elevator but noises did not come from there, it came from outside and in the hallway. I'm not sure it was just our luck or what, but the night over was full of noises. Slamming doors in the hallway to arguments outside. I tossed and turned all night, and woke up super early without getting a full nights rest. However, the room provided the neccessary amenities such as the super hot shower and ac, for what I paid for it was still a value compared to other places in the area.

Overall: They were running a promo and a room started at 880 pesos and up. We opted for the 1,000 pesos room, described above. I say, request a room away from the street, it may help with the noise. Just a heads up they do provide free parking, but the parking area is tiny. Free wifi in room and lobby. I'd stay here again just for the pricing alone.

This hotel is just a simple place to sleep after a day's shopping and touring. Room rates are reasonable. Only the very basic necessities were provided - shampoo, soap and a roll of tissue (no slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste so you better bring your own). Deluxe rooms are kinda small. The bathroom also small, leaving the floor mat not only soggy but literally dripping after each bath. No sockets near the beds that will allow you to continue use your phone while its charging. Bed cover doesn't look and smell fresh, curtains slightly smelled when I came close to the window to look outside. Phone/intercom inside the room needs good sanitizing to rid it of the ewww smell.

The good side: Abundant supply of hot water. Housekeeping personnel is very friendly. The security guards are very polite and helpful. Accessible to all forms of transportation - taxi or jeep. For meals, the famous CNT Lecho house is just a few meters away from the hotel. For pasalubong, Gene Salvaro de Cebu is just beside the hotel building. Drinks or midnight snacks can be had at 7 Eleven which is only just a few steps away.

Room Tip: All Deluxe Rooms are facing the road so it's kinda noisy to hear the traffic even late at night and in the early hours of the day.

anyone who will be having seminar near cebu crown residences, this is a must hotel you can book nearby. Public jeepney's pass by right at the doorstep, Although the hotel only serves breakfast, u can choose a wide variety of options just across the hotel, You can find seveneleven, jollibee and chowking just a few steps away from the hotel. The Guards are very friendly and overall the staff are easy to deal with.Family room cost a little less than 1.5k, and its good for 3 persons already, Just a reminder to specifically instruct the housekeeping to change the linens otherwise they'lll just gonna tidy it up when u put a sign to make up the room.

The rates are very affordable when you walk in and the place is decent. This is good for couples visiting Cebu for more than 3 days on vacation because you could surely could save a lot... its further away but you have transpo options. But not good for families... the room is small... they have dinner buffet on weekends and is very affordable and sufficient.

A good hotel, affordable and clean. If you are looking to spend the night, relax and just sleep comfortably. This is the hotel for you.

Plus, they have dinner buffets every Friday at a very affordable price. What more could you ask?

Happy to be a frequent guest to this hotel.
