Not sure why the reviews here are not so good but their kebab is the best I've ever tasted.

We ordered Tehrani Salad and Kebab (forgot the name but it is the first one in the list of their Kebab menu). Both dishes are heavenly!

I woke up the next day still remembering the taste of the kebab, I am not even exaggerating.

The service is also not that bad, there is only one waitress during our visit ans she handled the crowd quite well.

After a relaxing spa in Ace, this restaurant is highly recommended.

A group of us finished our meeting at Figaro across the corridor from Persia Grill. We wanted to summarize our meeting when Figaro closed. We found out that this place closes at midnight so we thought we would eat a snack and wrap up our discussions.

The supervisor was sitting at the table outside smoking with the cook. Overall we felt like we were disturbing them for ordering food and asking for paper napkins once the snacks were served.

It said that they have WiFi but after the waitress gave me the password for it she said it wasn't reliable. Ours was the only table in such a tiny and somewhat dingy place, but to try to get the server's attention was so difficult, especially when settling the bill. She was surprised that we asked for the receipt and only then she gave us our change.

The number of pita bread pieces are not in proportion to the portion of the dips. In other words, you will be charged an exorbitant extra for additional pita bread. 1 tiny pita bread for 1 3-tablespoon portion of dip is too silly.

My friends and I were on the prowl for a late night place that's not all about coffee or sweet desserts. This place offered hot tea; hot lemon drink which we eagerly tried. The tea was good and strong; really hot and soothing. Unfortunately, we were still full so we only tried a taka (beef) kebab. Prices in the menu seemed reasonable though. The resto is small but with outdoor seating for those who like fresh air or prefer to smoke while dining. Major downside was the cramped rest room with a toilet that wouldn't flush properly.

Service is good. Being one of the few food places in Ace Water Spa though, you may say the cost may be a bit overrated as you can avail the same food in other Persian restos in a much much lower price.
If you want to check out their appetizers, get their Pershgahza Jr as it offers four of their dips already.
You can't go wrong with their Tehrani salad for sharing too.
Their Lamb Kofta sandwich is also good and sumptuous.
