Enter off of a side street, plenty of parking. Room we had was a nice size, very clean, room darkening curtains worked well. Quiet location. Love the window seat. Staff pleasant and helpfull. Linens good, pillows comfortable and there were extra pillows. Lighting in rooms was good. A little dated but comfortable. Mini frig in room, coffee maker, lots of coffee supplies but not tea! Bed comfortable, airconditioner worked well. Bathroom water pressure very good, clean, lots of towels. Staff has good tips on local restaurants.

Room Tip: We prefer second floor.

Dealing with the hotel staff by phone can be problematic; they are constantly changing staff and or training new and very inexperienced people. The rooms are very tiny, are very clean, but can make one claustrophobic. Never will commit to giving you a specific room in a specific area. Price of the rooms is better than others in the area but there are no amenities and hotel is very dated. Stay here if you must, but not a favorite. Awkward entrance into the parking lot, so be on the lookout for traffic going the opposite way.

Room Tip: You can ask, but good luck getting them to deliver.

Conveniently located for our visit to the Harriet Tubman National Historic Park in Auburn. Our room was clean although only one chair for two people was a bit of a drawback. The evening meet and greet advertised cheese and crackers but there was no cheese and no non-alcoholic beverages offered. Breakfast had a good selection

This hotel is a 2 Star hotel but was clean and updated. We didn't give it a 5 rating because we could not check in before 3:00 p.m., which was a bit of an inconvenience. We arrived at 1:30 p.m. Most hotels, if they have a room available, will check you in. The person at the desk, while friendly, said the manager does not allow anyone to check in prior to 3:00 p.m., no exceptions. Also, the hotel address is misleading. It states that the address is 12 Seminary Avenue in Auburn, NY, when there is no entrance on Seminary Avenue to the hotel. The actual entrance is on the next street after Seminary Avenue, which is U.S. Route 20.
