PROS:
Location: it is accessible to most Baguio's main attractions, eateries and shopping areas.
Staff: available enough.
Housekeeping: attended right away to my concern when hot water was bot working.
CONS:
We were charged 2000php a night. Since it is a "hotel" and the price is quite higher than on a non-peak season, i expected the room was a "hotel room" with all the amenities and services i am used to having from a hotel room. Since we were in a hurry, i accepted the room right away without having a room viewing first. I was also asked to sign the no-refund policy. When we were taken to the room already, i and my mom were both disappointed:
1) the room that was given to us was not those with balconies seen from outside facing Session Rd. It is somewhere not accessible even with the hotel's elevators. It is accessible only by foot. So if you have luggages with you, that would be a problem. We had to pass the breakfast bar, kitchen side and some empty areas to get to our room.
2) the room does not have: closet and hangers where to hang clothes, phone (infact it is written that should we had problems, we had to call them using our mobile phones), wi-fi (i was in need of it since i have a foreign sim card), hot water. Yes, despite the fact that i informed the reception...PROS:

Yes, despite the fact that i informed the reception that we didn't have hot water and that a housekeeping staff came to replace something in the heater, it didn't work. We had "not cold" water but we didn't have warm/hot one.
3) breakfast was scarce. We were given some tocinos and a very small piece of scrambled egg, not even a whole. They reasoned out that others like the bangus was not yet ready to be served since they were still preparing. We were told ipom checkin that the breakfast was as early as 6:30am anyway.
I strongly suggest to have a room viewing first before accepting one. I don't know about the rooms with the balconies if they were better than that one we had. Anyway, if you will be given the rooms with the access from the kitchen/breakfast area, there would be better rooms in some inns and transient houses nearby.More
