The worst place ever to stay. I have to stay the staff are friendly but other than that the hotel is dirty, shabby, old, in need of a complete makeover. The wifi is rubbish and the whole place feels damp and horrible. Its very expensive for what it is although the staff will do a deal to get you to stay longer, We booked for 6 nights but it was that bad we left after 4, we had just had enough, the bedding was very itchy and both myself and my wife got bitten all over our legs during our stay. The shower was bad (it would have been better with a bucket of cold water as the hot was non existent and just a weak trickle. Sorry but there it is, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, but that's just my opinion

Room tip: Find a different hotel

The location is right at the center of Session Road, it is convenient to almost everything. Around the corner are shopping malls, restaurants, fast-foods, Baguio Public Market, Melvin Jones, Burnham park, jeepney/ bus terminals, banks and some of Baguio's prestigious universities, bus terminals an are just few minutes walk. That's the only reason for you to stay there.

The staff are okay but there's so much room for service improvement.

They have non air-conditioned rooms with balcony and air-conditioned rooms without balcony at the same rate. It is such an old, tired, worn out and the rooms look spooky!!! Heavily stained bathroom, squeaky beds that look like gonna collapse before you even used the bed! Lifts looks like a very old service lift! Never stay in this hotel not unless the entire city is booked out and you don't have any other place to go.

Room tip: Consider other hotel if not maybe get a room with a window or balcony.

Attended a seminar in this hotel. It is located along session road and accessible to parking, grocery and just above jollibee. The venue was in this ballroom and near the kitchen, which is not good.During our seminar,we could smell what is cooking and fumes from the kitchen entered the room.It wasn't condusive for the group.Even though the doors were closed,it still stinks. The food served was spaghetti and the pasta was over cooked! The comfort rooms are so used up.I mean, old bowls and sink.

If you are looking for an accessible reasonable-priced place to stay, then this is the hotel for you. Basic services are there if your are not that fuzzy. The bedding's are itchy though during our first night, just request for a change. Wi-Fi is there but there is a huge possibility that you cannot connect at all when inside the room. In the lobby, wi-fi can easily be accessed. Breakfast is nothing special, the unlimited coffee is a treat. What i love is their coffee in the lobby. A welcome treat.

If you just need a place to stay within the city, then this is a good place to stay.

Room tip: Ask the beddings to be changed everyday...
