A beautiful cabin high above Boquete. From the parking area, about 20-30 minutes to cabin depending on your fitness level. I am 60 years old, not in the best shape but enjoyed the cabin. Wendy, the owner, is very helpful. She met in town so I could follow her to the cabin. She has a caretaker who lives in a nearby cabin with a wife and son. They will help with baggage, brought me ice every day and even lit the little torches to light the path to the bathroom. There is a small kitchen area with sink and stove top for cooking. There is a gas grill on the porch. The hiking trail starts right behind the cabin. Although I visited during the rainy season, the mornings were clear. The rain would come late in the afternoon, leaving plenty time for hiking. Sitting on the porch, the birds were incredible. It was so nice to get out of town and be in this beautiful area. The caretakers work hard maintaining the trail to the 3 waterfalls. Don't miss staying here!
