Everything about la pirogue is beautiful
The service,food,beach and staff are all exceptional
Every great manager is always looking for ways to improve or help make his customers experience even greater
My only critique is that there is a ethic that must come from above to chase money, rather than a focus on everyone having the very best experience and time
It’s hard to pin point, but could feel it in conversation and interactions, having stayed in lots of hotels all over the world my hope is that the management stop chasing money or profit but understand that this will follow if everything else in on point
One thing that might help would be the introduction of a happy hour of cocktails to get more people to the beach bar or entertainment, these same people would enjoy themselves more and in turn spend more willingly, your paying for entertainment that only ten couples are listening too.
Remove the charge for water, put this on the room cost if needed as again this caused resentment, even the sellers on the beach think this is driving tourism away, they are on the coal face and first to feel the truth or reality
Please do not think this is negative I write it with hope for your future customers
