When Damai Central opened 4-5 years ago it seemed that there would finally be something else for food and shopping at Santubong. Sadly it is drastically declined. It’s nice to have the 7/11 there and a couple food stalls are good, but basically everything else has moved out. Definitely lots of potential lost.

Food stall concept offer different cuisine. Had soup noodle, plain and tasteless. The fish and chip from last the stall have bad smell.

Some stalls, a restaurant and a bar with a square of grass by the sea, it has al lthe ingredients needed but for some reason it feels like an under achievement. The stalls were not great, and although thr 7-11 is a good amenity store a couple too many empty units makes it feel on it's downers.

If you are staying at damai resort, its a few minutes walk along the beach to get here. There are a few restaurants, a food court with local food and a nice bar that opens in the evenings. In the day time, there is a big bouncy castle for younger kids

It is just opposite the Sarawak Cultural Village with 2 minutes walking distance. It is a good place to relax your mind, body and soul especially when you are listening to the sounds from nature. Fantastic! You must plan to be here for the fabulous sunset view and breathtaking scenic photos. However, the food and beverage available are not so desirable.
