There aren't a great many decent looking restaurants in Langkawi and especially as vegetarians we decided we were better off looking for Indian style food which usually has good vegetarian options.
We ordered tandoori roti breads but they were thin and crispy, not like the usual delicious roti breads you get in Malaysia (which are larger squares with layers and chewy inside and crispy outside). These were like thin dough gone stiff in a frying pan. We also had two vegetarian dishes - chana masala and paneer curry. The chana masala was okay but a bit oily, the paneer curry was suuuppper oily.
Not worth the money.
