Came here with my family of three for a peaceful getaway from hectic city life - and it was the best choice!!!
The resort’s secluded location, the comfort of the room & its amenities, tasteful ornaments, green landscapes, the pools, its variety of breakfast spreads, and especially the clean & vast beach our room was facing - were the highlights of our stay.
The staff were all friendly & accommodating - from the concierge to the servers at the buffet, especially one pretty kakak whose name I couldn’t recall, I’m sorry kakak I hope we meet again! - they all made us feel at home.
I can’t help but reiterate how refreshing the scenery was Tanjung Rhu Resort. Certainly a sight for sore eyes. In the morning we would wake up to the sound of the waves crashing against the shore and to the sight of open sky & small islands. And after breakfast buffet we would walk along the beach barefooted with virtually no one else… just typing this makes me miss the experience so much. The ambience, the privacy, and serenity this place offers was unmatched.
These days the kids are calling this kind of experience and feeling as “healing”, and the stay at the resort was indeed a healing vacation for us. My kiddo is still asking us to go back to Langkawi every now and then, macamlah mak dia chop duit
I hope I could visit there again for sure. Worth every penny and more. ❤️

Our group was 16 people and we enjoyed our trip at Tanjung Rhu Resort. It was a get away from the busy schedule and time with family members. Airport transfer was well arranged. Rooms was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent in both food selections & services. Recommended the Roti Telor Sarang Burung for breakfast which was a great way to promote local food and it taste excellent. Kudos to the F&B team. Also the Sunset Pool was great way to chilled and be lazy. Kids enjoyed themself too. White & sandy beach and is clean. Staff was friendly. Highly recommended and we will definitely return. Keep up the awesome and great hospitality.

I’m really enjoyed stay 3days 2night at TANJUNG RHU RESORT, my wife really like this atmosphere & unsung places this resort.
I’m actually came LGK for work at Kuah. We enjoyed facility Saffron Restaurant (watching world cup) Sands Restaurant (dinner & breakfast), sunset pool and gym without going anywhere.
For sure we came back again bring family to enjoyed this hospitality offers by TANJUNG RHU Resort.

The 'Cahaya Suite' is very spacious, newly renovated and clean. This resort comes with private beach, 2 pools and 3 eating places. Overall satisfied with the services and the resort. Food choices at restaurant is limited. Road going towards the resort is abit rundown. You may want to avoid going out at night. This resort suits anyone who wants quiet and exclusive space for the family.
