Stayed here a night recently. Made a late-booking on a mobile app. The check-in experience was simple and efficient. The room we chose on the 9th Floor (with executive lounge access) was spacious and very clean. The executive lounge offers 24-hour access to water, beer, wine, and 18 different types of sake in nice jars! The rooftop pool and bar is a nice place to chill-out. Buffet Breakfast offered Mediterranean and Italian fare - no Japanese porridge or miso soup. Lots of cheeses, and yes, wine! There is a large playpen in the coffee house, useful for toddlers and young infants to be placed. In all, a refreshing style and good for young people. Would recommend a try.

We stayed at a standard twin room for 1 night. The location is excellent, and it's a 10 minute-drive from the Naha airport. An AEON MaxValu (supermarket), izakaya (Japanese pubs), and Tomari port are all in walking distance. The room is really small and narrow (18 squared meters), it's not unusual for a Japanese business hotel.

Location is good. Free juice in the lobby is good. Hotel is new and furnishings, amenities are good. A bit crowded, especially at check-in, which felt late to us at 3 p.m.~tending toward 4 p.m. as a huge crowd was lined up to check in when the hour finally sounded. Poor, almost nonexistent English among staff--probably because there are few English-speaking visitors. We spoke Korean with the staff members from Korea, who were several and helpful. Only big grip was the 3000 Y charge for a lost door card! Incredible! My wife spent 15 minutes haggling and they went down to 1000 Y, but still!
Pool was a draw--but it was the first pool I'd been in in which I could neither taste nor smell chlorine. And with the 30+ people crammed in there, and the floating band-aids and cigarette butts, that lack of chlorine was a bit worrying...

Location is acceptable, there is not much around but its close enough to the rail station. For those who doesn't mind a walk, its about 15-20mins to the city center where the busiest street is at. Its also about 15minute walk to tokyo hands.
Room was small but enough for a short stay for 3. 2 adults and a children as advertiesed on their website would be a bit of a stretch because there would be no space for any luggage. One thing a bit odd is there are only about 5 tv channels to choose from, just FYI. There is a window in the room but you can't see through it and it wouldn't be a point if its clear since we're on the 3rd floor and all that's outside the window is the wall of another building. If you need a view, request a higher floor.
One of the best thing about this hotel has to be its pool but when we went up there at night, there was about 40people packed in the pool. There is barely enough room to stand so forget about swimming in there.

Room Tip: high floor, ask for the size of the room if it matters to you or if you have large suitcases

Very new & clean hotel, around 10min walk from Miebashi station. (14 min monorail ride from airport) Enjoyed the roof top pool. Since it is open from 10:00am onwards it’s hard to fit in a morning swim. It’d be better if it can open earlier in the morning. The pool is rather small with only 2 sun loungers. The jacuzzi is great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The room itself is pretty basic with most of the essentials. There is no make up room service but they will change your towels if needed. It’s also kids friendly with a small play area, books & toys on the G/F as well as complimentary coffee, tea & juice. Service was average. Overall a good mid-range hotel choice for Naha city.
