We stayed here twice before and after our trip to Miyakojima. We were attracted by its relatively low price and location. The hotel is right next to Azato station and literally on the track line. When we booked, it still belonged to the Best Western group but it changed hands in April, making us a bit confused when we arrived at its door. This is our first time in Naha and we were very disappointed with the city which was completely overwhelmed by mainly Asian tourists (more Chinese spoken on Kokusai dori than Japanese). The hotel also caters to a few tour groups making the lobby and corridors quite noisy at times. Try to choose a room at the back of the hotel as the main road is quite noisy . Final piece of advice - don't stay in Naha unless you are here to change flights to go to the islands. It is too commercial, touristy and pricey. You will find yourself spending half the money in Miyakojima for twice the quality. (See my separate review)
