I stayed here for one day just before Christmas. Very close to Tenjin, Ohori park and Fukuoka tower. Odo park is also not so very far. Staffs are friendly. Good amenities. Only shortcoming is no free parking. Nearby parking is very costly. Tip: look around for cheaper parking, do not use the parking just beside the hotel.

Room Tip: Room I stayed is a bit smaller than I expected, Pls ask them beforehand if you want a spacious room.

A very nice budget hotel where you can relax during winter. Not luxurious but convenient (even though our room has a small bathroom). It's near Maizuru Park, Fukuoka Castle Ruins & Ohori Park, and bus stations & subways. Five stars for WIFI connection, and room & water heater. Receptionists are very accommodating as well. Cheers!

10 minutes walk from Akasaka station, located alongside the main road. The hotel is a small single building. Walking into the hotel lobby, restaurant for breakfast is on the left, quite tiny. Only 1 staff was serving in the lobby. The hotel room, as well as the lobby are pretty old.

My room had 2 beds, 1 small double bed and 1 single bed. No scenery from the window. Overall nothing special with the service and environment. Cleaness was not a problem.

Please look my photo for the environment.

Booked a double room there and an extra bed. Room is small, ceiling is low, three windows are sealed and curtains are dusted bamboo strips. Air-con is weak. It's very stuffy. Toilet is very small that you can hardly turn around.

The building has a strange layout - the staircase is in the middle. If your room is not near the lift but at the other side, that means you must carry your luggages to climb a few steps.

Cleanliness of the room is so so, but I saw the cleaning lady did cleaning and changing bed sheets everyday. They offered simple breakfast. In fact they got everything you need, location is OK, and the price is low, but.....it's not a place for holiday.

Room Tip: Lower floor rooms got no view at all.

We had a twin room; it smelled of mildew and bathroom was not clean with moldy shower curtain. Location was ok, one stop away from Tenjin and there's a Starbucks nearby. I know Japanese rooms are small, but bathroom was so small that even a skinny petite person like me found it difficult to use.
