There's no entrance fee and you pay per-ride. We went on a weekday during the Summer school holiday season but the place was very empty; I.e., no waiting line. My kids (both 12 y.o.) loved it, but I found the rides short and very expensive. Can easily blow 10000 yen in 2 hours if you have 2 kids. Some attractions (4 or 5 out of ... 25?) were closed for maintenance. No decent restaurants, but it is located between Worldporters and Queen's Square, both of which contain ample choices of food options.

This is definitely an area geared towards families with children. It is not a large amusement area but probably enough rides to satisfy small children. The most interesting feature is the giant ferris wheel with the digital clock. The ferris wheel is amazing at night when it is all lit up. It projects an amazing light show, with continual light and pattern changes. It can be viewed at quite a distance as far as the Oshanbashi cruise terminal.

Great roller coaster park right across the road from a shopping center. Free to get in, rides were about AUD $7 each, great food, you must try the crepes! OMG! Cool rides, very clean for the amount of people flooding in and out, I recommend even if you just want to walk around for a look.

This Park size is not too big compare to most theme park yet it has it's charm. Probably because of the location as well and those ferris wheel is truly incredible. The only downside maybe was the overprice tiket per ride? but me and husband just went there to enjoy the cityscape so not really a problem.

It's not often you find a park like this in the middle of a cityscape.
It offered a bit of fun for a while, paying for each ride, or a ride pass, no entrance fee.
The views from the ferris wheel (Cosmos Clock) were great.
