We stayed here two night mainly because it is basically in the station complex. You have to go to the forth floor for the start of the hotel and reception . Booking in was quick , we were on the seventh floor,, a typical business hotel room , quite small but very neat and clean . The hotel looks quite new to me, it has every thing you need for a comfortable stay, funny thing was the water pressure in the bathroom sink was poor but the shower pressure was great, there was a bath as well . Breakfast was available for 1000 yen in a nice dining room down stairs, more on the Japanese than western style so for me it was a bit limited but I managed to fill myself up . Booking out was easy, did it all at one of these machines, hardly spoke to the girls on reception and they hardly took any notice of us, maybe this is a sign of the times and reception girls will be a thing of the past . Good place to stay especially if travelling by train.

We chose to stay in this hotel is because it is so close to Gate 7-8 of the Chiba Station where we have to use for local traveling need. Upon we checked in we asked the front desk clerk to dispose a plastic water bottle which we just finished but no trash bin could be found in the lobby area. The clerk told us: "We don't handle trash created outside the hotel". So it made the rest of our stay very unpleasant. Hard to believe that Japanese would react in such a manner. We stayed there only for one night and that was it.

Room tip: Choose the front part which is away from the train station to avoid the noises from passing trains.

We booked a Twin and Single and the rooms are very new and well kept.

Spacious room by Japanese standards with many food options in the same building for dinner and Sogo is 10mins walk away!

We were at the Tokyo Auto Saloon and taking the trains is very easy!

Coming from China the room is much smaller but as expected for this part of the world.

Room was extremely clean with all necessary items.

TV was very limited with no English channels but wifi was good (once I got it working). Location is very convenient right next to the bus station and the local train station.

For ATM you need to find one in a 7-11 store to ensure your UK cards will be accepted. There is one a short distance from the hotel (out the front entrance, turn left and down the stairs into the mall area and it is on your left). There is a "Lawson" convenience store adjacent to the hotel entrance which sells snacks and drinks which can be useful on arrival as there is nothing in the hotel.

At breakfast, there are many Japanese favourites but also juices, bread, croissants together with scrambled eggs and sausages to keep you going!

Also adjacent to the entrance is a great little restaurant!

Overall a great little hotel, highly recommended.

I stayed for 3 days in Sun Route Hotel. It was very clear and tidy. Bu rooms are small for European men. It was the unique hotel that has cheese at breakfast in Japan. Lobby is very large and you can go downfloor to buy train tickets. Front desk is weak but not that bad. It is an avarage business hotel.
