We were a bit concerned after reading some of the previous posted remarks before heading to Japan. Once there, all our worries went away. The hotel is spotless and although an older building it is luxurious, charming and top quality. The staff is top notch as well and the desk clerks could not be more attentive, making reservations in it's restaraunts and bars and caring for our bags and visiting quests. Yes, wifi is not available in the room but easily connected in lobby and restaraunt. So take some of the reviews with a grain of salt as we had a remarkable time.

Room tip: The double rom is spacious but single rooms typically smaller than western standards as is customary in Japan

a very awful run down hotel by Tokyo. No room service at night. No WiFi, phones didn't work, torn old curtains in rooms. Rooms smell very musky & moldy. This was United Airline that put us here due to plane problems & canceled flight. I would not let my dogs sleep in this run down dump.

Room tip: another hotel far away from this dump

Due to a typhoon in Hong Kong, I got stuck at Narita airport overnight. ANA put me up at the Springs hotel.

It took an hour by coach bus to get to the hotel.

The common area of the hotel was nice, and desk staff were friendly. Check in was easy.

Zero English TV except for video on demand. You can buy a card from a vending machine for 10 bucks and get unlimited movies.

The room was simple and a little worn but everything was clean and worked ok.

The breakfast buffet was so-so.

I probably should have checked trip advisor before accepting the hotel from the airlines... But it was free and a place to crash.

Hope I make my flight today - I am on the bus back to the airport and it seems to be stopping everywhere. Springs hotel was the first stop when I left the airport... Give yourself plenty of time to get back to the airport!

The limousine bus from Narita or Haneda airport stop at the door of this hotel, convenient. The hotel located just 3 minutes walk from Kaihin Makuhari station that connect you to Tokyo station in 25 minutes. Tokyo Disneyland in less than 20 minutes.
Hotel is very clean, staff very friendly. Room quality is good but standard. Price is reasonable for Japan standard. This hotel just certified became a muslim friendly with facilities to support muslim guest like praying mat, praying direction, halal food.

I loved this hotel, be certain to purchase the breakfast option. The number one thing I miss more than anything is the buffet breakfast at this hotel. The culture and people are warm and welcoming at this property. It is true there is no wi-fi at this hotel however there is an easy to find Internet cafe on the second floor of a nearby building. The concierge can direct you in the right direction. Exchanging money at this hotel is highly recommended unless you can make it to the post office. The rates were very good and the hotel was pleasantly accommodating. We took advantage of the Disney shuttle service to Magic Kingdom and Disney Sea and had a fabulous time.

Room tip: Rooms have beautiful views of the city with French balconies, a high level room would be preferred for views of the park next to the hotel and the city. On a clear day we could see slight views of the Sea
