I stayed in a single room, and just like other hotels in Japan, it's a pretty small room. The service inside the room is standard (TV, water cattle, bathroom amenities, pajamas). The breakfast was a buffet, and the menu didn't seem to change daily (scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage, curry rice, bread, and cereal).
Location-wise, it's very good. It's only 5 minutes away from the closest station, and there are many restaurants and shopping places in walking distance.
