I did the walk with lions trip in Zimbabwe and it was worth every penny. I got up close to the animals and have some excellent photos.

This is an experience I will never forget.
Walking with two young lions - 3 years old.
Two of their handlers accompanied me and told me about them and how to handle them.
The handlers will take photos for you and have a good knowledge of their habits.
The experience only lasted for around an hour but that is enough time to get a feel for the lions.

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience. However, we do not walk with lions over the age of 24 months, this could have been with a different organisation.

This was a truly amazing and humbling experience. To be able to touch these magnificent animals and walk alongside them was just the chance of a lifetime. And knowing that you are contributing to the conservation efforts of the species is the icing on the cake. The rangers were extremely knowledgeable and informative and so proud to be doing what they are doing. This was an experience I will never forget.

This was a fantastic morning walking with the lions, the guides are very friendly and informative. You are not rushed and there is plenty of opportunities to spend interacting with the lions. There is a dvd you can purchase which is reasonably priced. You also are provided with a great breakfast.

Once in a lifetime experience. Felt very safe the whole time. The instructors were professional and confident. They have a relationship with the lions and know exactly when to pet them and distract them.Walking and touching the lions was amazing. Everyone who see's one of the pictures is just amazed. It's been several days and we are still talking about the experience. Dont miss this tour/excursion.
