We came here at the suggestion of another restaurant manager in Hoi An. He suggested I try the ice cube coffee (not on the menu!), which was very different spin on the traditional frozen coffee drink. It is made by freezing espresso into cubes, adding a secret ingredient (I won't give it all away!) and served with hot milk, which melts the icy espresso cubes. Absolutely delicious!!
Even better is that this place is owned by an ambitious young Vietnamese man who is passionate about coffee.
I will definitely return to this place next time I visit Hoi An!
