This was the perfect hotel for our family of four. My husband and I and our two adult daughters shared the cottage with adjoining king size bed rooms. The rooms were nicely appointed, beds were comfy, refrigerator stocked with necessities. We had a cooked breakfast each morning at one of the tables in the garden area (ordered the night before and time selected).
The location is spectacular and the sea breezes keep the temperature fantastic. There are many places to eat nearby and a short walk along the beach to An Bang Beach. There are free bicycles to use as well. Staff was completely delightful and helpful arranging taxis, etc. Worth every VND.

Room Tip: Some rooms i saw were quite small, pay a few dollars more for one of the cottages or family bungalows.

Absolutely loved this hotel. It is located in a little garden oasis by the beach with bougainvillea flowers and plan trees, gorgeous and charming. It is located right on the beach and has its own private area with loungers and umbrellas. Breakfast was delicious and served in the beautiful garden. The room was to a very high standard, with a very nice shower and even an outdoor shower! Very clean throughout. There is a lovely little pub right next door called Salt Pub which has a big outdoor areain the back with sofas and a playground for kids. Not the best food ever but very well located and absolutely charming. If you go along the beach to the left, there is a stretch with a bunch if very nice beach cafes serving Vietnamese and Western food in beautiful settings. We liked Soul Beach in particular, with its colourful pillows and big sofas.
Staff at the hotel spoke perfect English.
The hotel is a bit far from town but that is the cost of being located on the beach. A taxi to town will cost about 100k dongs, which is a bit prohibitive. But there are enough food options nearby to mot have to go into town.
The hotel does only breakfast so be aware you need to go out for lunch and dinner, although we were told we could order in food from local restaurants, which we did not try. Not necessarily ideal with kids, more of a couples retreat...

Our second stay here and were not disappointed the second time. Had a wonderful 21 nights at this great location. The best thing about this place, apart from the wonderful beach is the people. Ha and her husband and sons are very friendly and generous. Ha cooked us a lovely dinner on our last night that was one of the best meals we had in Hoi An. Special thanks to Kim and Tran for all their help. Hope to see you next year.

The hotel is in a very good location right on the beach. There are small family restaurants nearby and larger restaurants 15 minutes walk away. Na Huy is the best!
The rooms are ok, but the best is the very nice garden, where you can sit and look at the sea, while enjoying your breakfast or a drink. The beach is also very nice.
They dont have a restaurant, but get food from the neighbouring restaurants.

The breakfast had to be ordered the night before and was quite simple, at least when you ordered egg and bacon. With two eggs you got two tiny, tiny peaces of bacon. They also had big problems to serve the breakfast on the time you had asked for.
Our room was nice but rather basic. The doors were really simple and hard to close. To lock the balcony door you had to be two people, one pressing from the outside and one locking on the inside.
In spite of some problems, we would choose this hotel again.

This place is awesome! So great a location on a quiet piece of the beach. With nice restaurant on the street and a larger selection a short walk away at An Bang Beach or event more with a short taxiride to Hoi An. But the main thing is the place and the people there. We really felt at home and enjoyed the friendlyness of the staff. It was so nice being away from the touristy Hoi An old town and just chill. We travelled with a small baby, and the daughter at Tan Thanh had a baby the same age, so it was fun making the babies "meet" - and everyone really liked our baby and wanted to talk, hold and cuddle him - it was sweet and not too much.
The place is also a coffee shop so we enjoyed lots of great coffee the week we were there. Try the coconut coffee! The breakfast was also great and freshly prepared. One day we overslept but breakfast was served for us anyway. The staff helped us book tickets for our train onwards and dried some baby clothes for us - very helpfull and sweet. A small place and very pretty decorated with small ponds and beautiful outside lighting. The room was fine too, but it's not the attraction to this place - the people and the location are.
