This hotel has a very nice setting with pretty gardens and a well maintained pool area but the service isn't particularly good, staff aren't as proactive as other hotels I've been to in Vietnam.

On our arrival we had paid for a deluxe room, when shown to our room it had an adjoining door to the next room which wasn't soundproofed and was very loud. I complained to the desk and was moved quite promptly but we were placed in a lower category of room than we paid for. It isn't acceptable to sell rooms as deluxe if guests can hear every footstep from the next room.

The room was quite dirty with a lot of dust and dead insects under the bed and sofa. On one occasion a lizard got into our room, we asked reception to put it outside and they said "the lizards are harmless we can't move it now, goodnight". I'm clearly not frightened of a small lizard but paying guests of a hotel shouldn't be asked to remove reptiles from their own room, I also didn't appreciate being laughed at by receptionists when reporting this...

On the whole I wouldn't recommend this hotel, the food is also quite poor.

We arrived late in the day to Hoi An, landing in Danang and having our tour company supply us a driver to our hotel in Hoi An. The drive was about 1 hour and was mostly entertaining being that the Vietnamese New Year had just past and all the decorations were still on the streets. The hotel was prepared for our arrival and helped us carry our bags in and to our rooms, also giving us a quick run down on the amenities. The compound was pleasant to walk around in, not very loud and lots of space for everybody.
The pool is large and clean but the lack of hot tub make swimming a little cool in the winter months.
The included breakfast we paid for was large and didn't run out of food but was not a large variety making our selection of food more on the limited side.

This was our fifth stay at this hotel in the last 5 years and we extended our stay for 11 nights. Hoi An is our favorite city in Vietnam and staying at this hotel adds to the experience. Staff in all areas are courteous and friendly, the rooms are large and comfortable, breakfast choices are plentiful and tasty and the location is perfect, just metres from the attractions of the Old Town. Special mention to Phan, the Room Division Manager, who personally took care of our booking at short notice.

We stayed 7 nights at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The room was very clean and large with excellent air conditioning. The pool was clean. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the old town which is a definite bonus. The hotel has large gardens which screens out the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area. Excellent value and highly recommended.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and loved the location. We opted for the 2 bedroom suite and it was well worth it to have the extra room. Breakfast was simple but has everything you could want including the obligatory egg man. The pool wasn't very big but ok, the only issue for this time of year (July) was that it was very warm. More like getting into a bath than a refreshing break after walking around in the hot sun. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well appointed.

The best thing about the hotel is the location. You can walk straight out the front door and you are smack bang in the middle of the old town within a few minutes. Restaurants and shopping right at your doorstep.
