Hon has been your chief & mentor for 6 hours of fabulous discovery of the Vietnamese food.
We went in the local market to buy the raw we have cooked then. This was pleasant to have such an expert to get more knowledge about the food & uses in a traditional market.
Next, we have cooked 4 traditionnal dishes (then eat :) : phô, bun bo, spring rool & banh xeo. It was really interesting, we a small group and a passionate cooker (Hon).
