I gave 2 stars and not 1 just bcs u have nice rooms. Other than that, ur spa is terrible. The girls have no idea how to do massage, even classic one they do bad, touching u veryy light and doing same moves all the time. Instead of one hour they did massage for 40 minutes. During session they were talking and laughing all the time between themselves like in bazar. The door was opened all the time so other customers could watch us. Instead of bali massage they did classic one. Manager didnt solve anything, just apologized. Will not go there again and ll say to everybody to avoid it. Total waist of big money in there.

Whilst this is probably the best hotel in the area please don't take that as a recommendation. With every task carried out by the hotel staff only minimums effort is used. The pool has taken over 4 weeks to re-tile with most days nobody even turning up to undertake any work at all. The Buffett, well that is an acquired taste. They do try to cater for the many nationalities that come through the doors( mainly Chinese and Japanese ) the staff are friendly enough. The whole hotel is a health and safety accident waiting to happen but this is more of a cultural thing as most of Konya is the same. It has two bars. One of which is adjoining the hotel but is not owned by them. Don't waste your time ordering food there if you want to ea at the same time as anyone else on your table. The rooms are never cleaned properly as my bath still has scum all over it and asking for better standards is almost impossible. Air con is set at 26 degree on minimum setting and they can't get it any lower.

There are plenty of restaurants in the area, only a 10 min walk away. The cost of food is very cheap compared to the UK. A local kebab can cost from £1 to a decent meal costing only £10.

The tram outside the complex takes you into the town centre in about an hour for around 4tl or £1 return. These are very frequent, clean and modern.

The hotel itself has a very good gym and indoor pool .

I stayed here recently on business and can't fault it. The staff are what make this place, they are alway smiling and attentive. Abdullah who brings room service sorted out my meal when there was an issue. He did it without any prompting.

The indoor pool is clean, with the outdoor pool due open soon.

Rooms comfortable.

Not bad but room cleaning service is not enough good for 5 star hotel. Upper stores are the best panaroma I have ever seen because of its fully transparent windows. Breakfast is diversified enough. Swimming pool is as big as you wish. Outdoor pool is closed , in the midsummer . Hotel's Location is not advantageous it is situated far away from city center, do not recommend for leisure visit.

I stayed at the hotel for 4. Nights. Lobby was spacey and elegant. My room was comfortable, I enjoyed beautiful scenery, stuff was friendly and ready to help. Only shortcoming was some customer's rude behaviors, I used. Turkish bath and sauna, some male guests were staring. Except this everything was okey breakfast had a wide selection.
