It was different that's for sure - the Property is lovely its unique the rooms were based on the cells of the Dervishes I think and that where the 'unique' comes in. The Staff were great and we had some lovely evenings in front of the open fire in the downstairs Bar. The food was okay not out of this world but adequate and quite nice on some occasions. Lots of fresh veggies always available and beautiful chicken soup. It was very cold especially in the nights probably better in the summer months. Easy access to the sights. would stay there again. We were on an RSD Travel tour. BRING SOMETHING WARM :-)

Room Tip: Ground floor for accessibility Stairs in some parts are steep. And have something warm with you.

Its like living in a cave. Every room had a different layout. We turned the AC unit up to full heat at 28degC to stay warm. The bathroom has a heated railing to warm the room but it just didn't get warm enough. The property is very spread out with open passageways links. This means suiting up the minute you leave your room to get anywhere in the hotel.

Buffet breakfast was a very small spread and uninspiring. All bread options were strangely consistently hard. But the chef prepared a good omelette on order.

This was an interesting experience, but not one I care to repeat.

We came here as a group with RSD Travel. It was Nice hotel with interesting lay-out and good position for getting to other attractions, i.e. Balloon Ride, Turkish Baths. Caves etc. Outside needed a bit of TLC and shower-room was very dated but food was good and the downstairs bar was really nice with gorgeous log-fire and the bar-man was very attentive and lovely too. On the whole a very nice place to stay

Friendly and helpful staff at the spa especially the lovely lady spa manager with long hair and sweet smile.

Food is better than last night's dinner show restaurant in nearby town.

Wifi is good.

Good experience.
