We were a group of 12, split between 5 rooms (3 doubles and 2 rooms for 3 people). Upon arrival, the check in was slow and they seemed unaware of our booking, looking very confused when they saw us walking through the door. Some of us were given a room inferior to the one booked but that was quickly dealt with and we were relocated.
Most of the members of staff did not speak english but most of them did try very hard, that does not include the manager. He was not very helpful at all and at the end of our stay we tried tipping the one waitress who went above and beyond to assist our needs and we saw him chasing after her and getting her tip (probably because they have a sharing policy, but he most certainly did not deserve a cent of it).
The rooms are quite ran down, dirty and the wifi does not reach (in fact is does not reach most places in the hotel). Our bathroom was very dirty and the bathtub did not drain well, by the end of our showers the bath was half full. Under my bed had not been hoovered for a very long time, there were sweet wrappers and even a slipper hidden under a thick layer of dust.
The breakfast - ohhhh the breakfast! do NOT get it included! It is not consistent, on our first day there was a buffet with some bread, some cold cuts, jams and water melon. On our second day, they did not put out the buffet, they gave us each a very poor plate with a couple of cheese cuts, a boiled egg, butter, jam and bread - very poor! On our third day, a large group of teenagers had arrived, at which point the hotel then put some more options in the breakfast buffet, such as omelet and some cereal (still no good).

Some of the disappointments:
The corridors are dark, the light were never switched.
You are only provided with one room key card, regardless of how many of you there are (oh! if you lost it you were charged for it)
The wifi does not work.
The mattresses are very old - they are dented in the middle, not comfortable.
The room is dirty.
The bathroom is dirty and bath is blocked.
Safes do not work.
Unhelpful manager.
Our AC did not work on our first night.
The rooms look about 10 years older than they look in the pictures.

Although most of the staff did not speak english, they did try to communicate with us and assist on what we needed and this was the one positive about the hotel.

I stayed there for a 4 days in january. The location is perfect - this hotel stays right at the edge of a beautifull valley. The service is not perfect, there were some problem with meal (not so tasty), but the rooms are quite clear and personnel is friendly with good english. Wifi is strong. I would stay there next time - just because of the place where it stands. Best choice for the whole nearby area.

-Wifi connects and then does not work so I ended up disconnecting it and using my cellular data the entire trip (4 days). They advertise free WiFi which is quite deceiving.
-The bed was hard and not comfortable at all. The pillows were lumpy.
-Lamps dusty in the room.
-Headboard could use a good clean.
-Bad lighting in rooms. The pictures on websites are not what the actually room and hotel look like.
-Safe did not work. We had to carry our passports and valuables with us whenever we went out.
-I didn’t feel safe in this hotel.
-Stains all over carpet and sofa in room (mostly water stains on the furniture and the carpet has dark brown stains and discoloration)
-Room had view of back of hotel.
-Huge crack on room window
-Music played loudly in reception and passages at 10pm is very disturbing
-The passages in the hotel are very dark (lights switched off all the time) and dingy.
-There are no lifts so baggage had to be carried upstairs.
-Tv does not work (I bet you’re not even surprised at this point in my review)
-Towels have holes in them
-Room is very dingy and is an absolute dump. Do not be fooled by the 4 star rating on booking.com.
-I asked to change room due to the shabby state of my room but they could only move me to a standard room (lower value room to what I paid) next to the stairs. I had booked a deluxe room. They could not move me to a room of same value as the rooms were booked and could not upgrade me unless I paid in the difference so I had to stay as I had paid already and the difference for a king suite (which was the only room worth staying in) was quite a substantial amount more. My room was 400 lira and the king suite was 2000 lira but they offered it to me at 1000 lira. So it wasn’t an option to move as I was staying 4 nights at the hotel and the extra was quite high for a hotel of this standard.
-pool had brown water in it
-there were supposed to be gowns in the room but there weren’t any
-there was a skeleton staff at the property (not more than 6 staff including the kitchen, reception and porter)
-At breakfast they kept switching the toaster off which was the only item I ate for my 4 day stay. The selection of food is so small. The only drink available is Turkish tea or Turkish coffee. No water or juices.
-most staff do not speak English and the few who could, it was very limited. Communication was an issue which I eventually started using google translate to speak to them.
-my take away food containers was not taken away with the bin. It was left in my room under the dresser for 2 days.
-other rooms had ordered food as well and left the dirt in the passage and it was not removed for a whole day.
-The entire hotel has deteriorated over time without any maintenance at all. It really needs a good scrub, paint, and complete revamp. They have a nerve calling it a resort. This hotel could be amazing but it’s sad what it is now.

The highlight of my holiday was visiting cappadocia but unfortunately This hotel made my stay very unpleasant and I had a disappointing trip.

Fantastic location. Awesome hot air balloon view. Could improve on management and service. Wifi not bad but sometimes hard to connect. Swimming pool somewhat colder than usual. Not so suitable for small kids.

The place where hotel is located is beautiful, but the management is poor. They changed our room only after we found second scorpion in our sheets :) the breakfast was okay, could me better. the only thing I like is the view
